Closing the Gap - "After spending many years in the training industry, I noticed that no matter what training your customers received, that was not really what they needed the most. Companies, individuals, public figures, they all had a huge void when trying to find someone who helped them grow in their business or someone just to discuss their everyday situations. I noticed that when you are a successful person, the road often gets lonely and these people were looking for someone able to discuss business and personal matters.
When they found coaches, most of them had no business experience and when they found consultants they knew little about human behavior and cared even less. There sure are a lot of coaches and consultants who may have found balance, but almost none cared to apply that balance with their customers. I noticed a market begging for integrated solutions, someone who could understand a business owner and at the same time balance the relationship with their employees, someone who could understand the pressure of being a public figure and can assess them to find balance. Being able to take any individual with dreams and desires and helping them build a plan to succeed.
That is why I have created this mix of consulting and coaching, where people can find a broad spectrum of services and tools, all based on the same principle. Understanding people and businesses. Those who say that business and personal matters can’t be mixed, have never been in a real business. They are always mixed, we need to find balance and control and make business work for our personal matters."

Background
Starting to immerse himself in the consulting world early in his life, and having an innate interest in business growth and development, Kelvin started working on a consulting and training company being 15 years old. Soon he started to develop solutions that for him were simple and logical but that most consultants in the company would not think of. Finding solutions for most of the unexpected situations that other professionals could not find and being highly efficient set him up on a new level. Kelvin started growing quickly and soon was in charge of most of the company. But working in a corporation always has its limits, and his ideas and solutions started to move faster than the company. After some years he decided to started his own consulting and coaching firm where he is capable of providing the most elaborate but simple consulting services. He assits companies in a broad array of services, from creating new business lines, managing HR, improving and dealing with financial issues, setting up commercial strategies and more.
Besides the broad array of services, Kelvin has designed an On-Demand consulting product, where organizations from anywhere in the world can find solutions to issues that are off the norm, involve many areas of the business or that simply require a completely different analysis.
