Starting to immerse himself in the consulting world early in his life, and having an innate interest in business growth and development, Kelvin started working on a consulting and training company being 15 years old. Soon he started to develop solutions that for him were simple and logical but that most consultants in the company would not think of. Finding solutions for most of the unexpected situations that other professionals could not find and being highly efficient set him up on a new level. Kelvin started growing quickly and soon was in charge of most of the company. But working in a corporation always has its limits, and his ideas and solutions started to move faster than the company. After some years he decided to start his own consulting and coaching firm where he is capable of providing the most elaborate but simple consulting services. He assits companies in a broad array of services, from creating new business lines, managing HR, improving and dealing with financial issues, setting up commercial strategies and more.
